GINA M. SMITH

Associate

Gina Smith has extensive experience in estate planning, probate, real estate and community development. Gina has amassed over 15
years of expertise in affordable housing and community development. She has managed transformative real estate and community renewal projects in Chicago, Baltimore and the Washington DC metropolitan area. Most notably Gina was Director of Real Estate Development for East Baltimore Development, Inc., where she personally managed the gut rehab of 24 row houses and several other projects that contributed to the stabilization and revitalization of the East Baltimore community development project area.

 

Ms. Smith is passionate about using legal documents to assist families in building generational wealth and leaving a lasting legacy for their loved ones. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Howard University and attended the DePaul University
College of Law, where she was a Minority Merit Scholar and intern to the Federal Circuit Court of Illinois.

 

Ms. Smith also holds a Masters of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a graduate certificate in construction law from George Washington University.
